These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the administrative assistance services we provide for preparing and submitting Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) applications to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA).

By accessing our Site, submitting information through our secure form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

AppSender Inc. is a 100% Canadian company based in Edmonton, Alberta. We offer professional administrative assistance to help clients complete and submit eTA applications through the official Government of Canada online portal.

Our services include:

• Reviewing and entering your provided information accurately into the official Government of Canada system
• Submitting the application on your behalf
• Providing guidance on required details and eligibility questions
• Offering personalized support via email and dedicated Client phone line
• Following up on any rare requests for additional information from IRCC

We do not guarantee eTA approval. The final decision rests solely with IRCC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Government of Canada. Applications are submitted directly via the official IRCC website (www.canada.ca/eta) (www.canada.ca/eta), and you retain full control and ownership of your application at all times.

2. Fees and Payment

Our flat service fee is $99 CAD (+GST). This covers our administrative assistance, support, and submission processing. The official eTA fee is paid directly to the Government of Canada during submission and is included in our overall process (you authorize us to make this payment on your behalf using the payment details you provide).

All fees are non-refundable once we begin processing your application (i.e., after you submit your details and we confirm receipt). No refunds are provided for approved, denied, or cancelled applications, changes in travel plans, or errors in information you provide. Payments are processed securely, and you agree to pay all applicable fees promptly.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including a valid passport, email address, and any other required details
• Use the same passport for travel as the one provided in your application (eTA is electronically linked to it)
• Verify all details before submission and notify us immediately of any errors
• Apply only if you meet IRCC eligibility criteria for an eTA (visa-exempt foreign nationals traveling by air)
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Errors or omissions may lead to delays, additional IRCC requests, denial, or issues at the border. We rely on the details you supply and are not liable for inaccuracies.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

We strive for fast, accurate submissions and offer our 24-Hour AppSender Guarantee (most clients receive approval confirmation within hours of submission, subject to IRCC processing times). However:

• eTA processing times are determined by IRCC (most are prompt, but some may take days if additional review is needed)
• An approved eTA does not guarantee entry to Canada, border officers ultimately make the final decision
• We do not influence IRCC decisions and make no representations about approval likelihood
• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppSender Inc., its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use of our services
• eTA approval, denial, delays, or border entry issues
• Errors in your provided information
• Technical issues with the IRCC portal or third-party systems
• Changes in IRCC policies or requirements
• Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by you.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

We handle your personal information securely and in compliance with Canadian privacy laws (including PIPEDA and the Privacy Act). Data is used only to provide our services, submitted to IRCC as required, and deleted after successful submission (or as otherwise needed for support). We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or for processing payments.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site content, including text, design, and logos, is owned by AppSender Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the courts of Alberta, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
